Mr.Yap has worked a miracle on our little dog. She is now a well behaved canine citizen.

Patrick taught us how to control the dogs with effective techniques that had changed the dog's behaviour even only after the first session. Techniques were easy to follow. We are extremely happy with the end results. With more training the dogs follow our guide lines and are extremely excited each time when we go out for walks.

Patrick really knows his stuff. He quickly recognised what we were doing wrong with our dog that caused his aggressive and anxious behaviour. The principles he taught us have had far reaching positive effects. We can take our dog out in public and not be worried about aggression. We were the ones that used to have to be segregated from all the other animals (and people!) at the vet surgery when we took him for his checkup and pre-warn the vet about him. Now our dog is the best behaved dog in the vet surgery!

Feedback was insightful and greatly assisted us with understanding how our dogs think. Patrick was very patient and friendly and insured we didn't move on until we were trained correctly.

Patrick achieved so much in the 3 hours he spent with Grace and me. He is a natural teacher and with patience, clear instructions and a great sense of humour he put us well on the track to dealing with Grace's aggression with other dogs.

Communication was excellent and all staff friendly and dedicated.
